There are no returns or refunds on electronically-fulfilled eGift cards.

You will receive a confirmation email from shopmyexchange.com within minutes of successful order placement.

A second email from noreply@giftcards.shopmyexchange.com with access to your eGift card will be delivered approximately an hour after your order, depending on additional order validation required by us or by your credit card company.

If you have issues receiving your email, check your Junk email folder or access your purchase at www.giftcards.shopmyexchange.com.
